Q. How much is delivery?

A. Our delivery charges are currently - £1.95 for the UK, £3.95 for all EEC countries and £5.95 for the everywhere else. Please note that these charges are PER ORDER, to the same delivery address. So you can order as much fudge as you want and pay just one delivery charge.

Q. How long is delivery?

A. We aim to post within 2 business days by first class mail. Your fudge should therefore arrive within 1-3 business days of us posting

Q. Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

A. Yes, gift wrapping is available for all fudges. Just select the appropriate option from the drop down list shown on each fudge description. Our gift wrapping option is ideal if you are giving our fudge as a present to a relative or friend.

Q. What does Gift Wrapping consist of?

A. We will send your fudge order in a gift box wrapped with a suitable wrapping paper and ribbon. We can also include a small gift card with a short message if you wish. Tell us your requirements in the 'Special Instructions' box on the checkout form and we will do our best to meet them.

Q. Can my order be delivered to a friend or relative?

A. Yes, just provide us with their name and address and your order will be posted direct to you friend or relative. You can also request your order to be gift wrapped if you wish.

Q. How long does fudge keep?

A. Fudge will stay fresh for about a week or so at room temperature. However, it tastes so good, it will likely be eaten in less than a day! For longer storage periods, we recommend you place fudge in an airtight container and freeze it. Frozen fudge can last over six months with no colour, taste, or texture change.

Q. Is it safe to order online?

A. Yes, we use PayPal to handle and process all electronic payments because they have had years of experience of handling online payments safely and securely.

Q. Can I pay by cheque or postal order?

Yes, just print out your order and mail it to us together with your cheque or postal order..

Q. Is your fudge really homemade?

A. Definitely. We make all of the fudge ourselves in our own home.

Q. Are all your fudges free from nuts?

Fudges which contain nuts are clearly stated on our fudge pages. However, please note that because we make all fudge at home we cannot guarantee that our other fudges are nut free..

A. Fudge is a crystalline candy and controlling the sugar solution crystallization is the key to delicious, smooth fudge. The secret to making successful fudge is in getting these crystals to form at just the right time and of course using quality ingredients.
