But we have found over time that really yummy, soft melt-in-the-mouth fudge is becoming nearly impossible to find. Instead of the smooth textured full flavoured fudge of yesteryear, you now find fudge which is either dry, coarse, chewy or has an almost chemical taste.

So to feed our passion, we began to make our own fudge. Now fudge making is not so easy. But with practice and perseverence we began producing fudges which met our expectations, and more importantly, fudge that other people loved to eat.

I don’t know if it is our fudge making skills which makes our fudge so delicious or the fact that we only use fine ingredients and refuse to add artificial colouring or preservatives. Or perhaps it’s because we don’t mass-produce our fudge prefering instead to keep it homemade with quality firmly under our control. I imagine it’s a combination of all these things.
