Our own formulation of this classic fudge - a delicious, smooth fudge made with fresh double cream, sugar and high quality cocoa, Fine raisins soaked in Jamacan rum are added to produce an exquisitely flavoured fudge. This is a deliciously soft fudge which almost melts in the mouth.
